Ideally, a new washing machine or dryer should last more than ten years or at least five years. But even the best quality appliance will require regular service and occasional maintenance to ensure smooth running. As soon as you notice problems with your washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and other appliance you need to schedule repairs.

Our repairs fall into one of the following categories:

1. We provide quick and quality services at competitive prices. We aimed to get your work done right in one visit. We charge £35 for our call-out, but if we perform simple, labour-only repairs on our first visit, you will never be charged more than £60. In most cases, we stocked parts, tools, and other equipment needed to get your work done right in one visit.

2. If we cannot repair your appliance on our first visit due to parts. We will give you a quote to repair it. Suppose you agree with the price and it needs parts but we don't carry them on the van. In that case, we will collect the call-out charge at this stage (the call-out is part of the total charges or a deposit), and telephone you usually the next working day to arrange another appointment so we can come back to complete the repair. You will be charged labor plus the cost of the parts, then we will deduct the call-out charge paid on the previous visit. All parts we provide are sourced from a trusted supplier.

3. If for whatever reason you decide not to have the appliance repaired, we will collect the call-out charge, and then the call is finished. In addition, we have an in-stock new machine in different brands that suit different budgets with a manufacturing guarantee. If you prefer to buy the used or graded appliances we have them in stock at an affordable price.
